    Absolutely! Simply come into our showroom during our opening hours. We want you to get really comfy and be happy with your purchase.

    Our products are all made to last. That’s why we offer a

    10 year warranty on our frames

    5 year warranty on foams and a

    3 year warranty on our fabrics.

  • My sofa needs reupholstering. Can you help?

    Absolutely! We love bringing old sofas back to life. Get in touch and we’ll discuss how we can help.

  • Why do all your prices say "from $X,xxx"?

    We form our prices based on furniture SIZE and FABRIC used. Our couches come in a variety of shapes and sizes - depending on the model, they can be made into:

    chairs
    two seaters
    2.5-seaters
    three seaters
    3.5 seaters
    4 seaters
    chaise lounges
    ottomans and more

    That’s the first crucial factor for determining our price. The second important factor is the fabric used to “dress” the couch. Based on the fabric type, brand and quality, we group them in different price brackets. That’s why you might see differing prices on our base models and our ready-made products. Confused? That’s okay! Just give us a call and we’ll answer any questions you may have.

Custom Made Couches

  • What can I customise?

    Honestly, there’s not much we can’t do. Our frames are suitable for most uses, but at an extra cost, we can customise the depth, width and height of any of our standard models.

    We have feather and foam inners to choose from, and thousands of fabric options in almost every colour imaginable.

    Just let us know what you’re dreaming of and we’ll see if we can make the dream come true.

  • How long does it take to get a custom-made couch?

    After receiving fabrics, it typically takes us 3-4 weeks to make a couch and ship it to you.

    For specific timing, please ask us when you order your couch.

Shipping and Pick-up

  • What are your shipping options?

    You are welcome to arrange your own shipping and delivery at your cost, or we can arrange it for you to anywhere in New Zealand.

    Within the South Island, delivery times are usually around 3-4 business days.

    For North Island deliveries, please call us to discuss options.

  • Can I pick up my couch?

    Absolutely!
