Here’s how we do it:

1) Take a look at our model range to get an idea of what you’re looking for and what kinds of furniture we offer. Things you’ll want to think about include:

• Size: Do you want a two, three or four seater? A chaise or a corner unit? Maybe a modular option? Do you need this couch to fit in a specific spot in your home? Do you require your chairs a certain width?

• Fabric: Smooth or textured? What colours and patterns do you like? Do you need a hard-wearing option if you have kids and/or pets? Our fabric range is huge, and we advise our customers to come in and look at them (and feel them!) in person.

• Extras: Do you want an ottoman?

2) Come into our showroom and test-drive our couches and chairs. We have tons of furniture you can sit on to find the right height, shape and softness for you.

We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and talk you through our furniture making process.

3) Let’s chat specifics. While you’re in the showroom, we’ll talk through:

• Fabric: Take a look at our samples and choose one (or more!) that suits you and your needs. 

• Inners: We offer feather and foam inners, and we can advise what suits your needs best.

• Legs: We’ll sort out the height of the legs we’ll use to make sure your couch is the perfect height for you.

• Delivery or pick-up: How would you like to get your couch? 

4) We’ll put together a quote and email it to you. You can pay your deposit via bank transfer.

5) We’ll make your couch! This typically takes 4 weeks from receipt of fabric.

6) Time to get your couch to you! If you’re in Christchurch, we’ll contact you when your couch is ready and you can pick it up from our factory for free. 

If you need your furniture shipped somewhere else, we can arrange delivery. This typically takes 3-4 business days. You are also welcome to organise your own delivery
